Our Digital Scheme will give you valuable insight into a whole range of different areas of the digital business. You’ll gain experience in a number of different things across end-to-end delivery, including

Digital Customer Experience, the strategy of our self-serve products, campaign management for some huge product launches and all whilst becoming a data expert, turning insights into action. It’s exciting stuff. And it’s a fantastic way to understand how all the different components come together to create a brilliant digital customer experience.

You can come from any academic discipline, as long as you have at least a 2:1, a passion for all things digital and the energy, enthusiasm and ambition to make it big at EE.
