Microsoft Analytics Consultant- Greater London- Competitive Salary- Permanent

I am currently looking for a Microsoft Analytics Consultant who would like to join a world-wide company based in Greater London. The company represents 130 nationalities making the company very well-established. You will be able to demonstrate a variety of skills across the Microsoft stack. Using your skills and knowledge, you will contribute in making the company an even more well-established company. This also comes with the opportunity to travel to a range of clients.

In addition, you will use your skills and knowledge as a Microsoft BI Consultant, you will be able to demonstrate a broad range of skills across the entire Microsoft stack. With these skills, you will be able to build and deliver OLTP, data warehouse workloads which are on-premises and cloud platforms. With your experience using the Microsoft data platform with the IaaS and PaaS paradigms, you will be able to deliver the best solutions to end-clients.

There is a variety of projects, so there will be times where you are asked to help a client's data visualisation transformation roadmap, and other times you will be getting stuck into creating an innovative BI solution for a complex business problem which will occur, whilst having the chance to assist in responding to the clients bid responses.

Some of the areas you will be covering will involve building and delivering MSBI solutions, building relationships with the client stakeholders whilst establishing a high-level of MSBI expertise and being able to work with clients, local teams and offshore resources delivering BI products.

In additional covering areas you will be able to work effectively on the clients sites, our offices and from home, assisting in Proof of Concepts and finally within the company you will be able to assist in identifying improved ways of working, contributing to the I&D practice and being able to mentor juniors whilst being part of a knowledge management initiative.

Key Skills Include:

* A range of development skills using the Microsoft stack, cover SQL, SSIS, SSRS versions varied from 2005-2016

* Experience with the Azure stack and the Microsoft PaaS offerings, with the Azure SQL and the Azure SQL Data Warehouse

* Knowledge of other cloud providers

* Use of tools such as the Power BI, Tableau etc

* Being able to use more modern developer methods and techniques such as Agile and automated testing
