Scrum Master/Iteration Manager - Contract - up to £500pd

My client are a cutting-edge agile, global technology group based in SW London - a leader in their field.

They are in an exciting phase of growth and are moving towards Extreme Programming/XP in building a brand new platform - therefore need a heavy-hitting Scrum Master/Iteration Manager to manage a development team.

This involves a re-org of their development team so the Scrum Master will need to support product delivery and evolve Agile/Scrum practices.

The successful candidate MUST have expert knowledge in Scrum/Agile culture and delivery...

Experience Required by the Scrum Master:

* Scrum Master experience

* Scrum Master certifications

* Exposure to Extreme Programming/XP

* Conflict resolution, problem solving, and continuous improvement

* Technical/Development background

* Assessment and evaluation of as-is and to-be with regards to Agile maturity and coaching the team
