Successful and expanding Financial Institution is undergoing and Agile transformation across all it’s development. This is a medium sized firm where have established the Agile Frame work they will transition Waterfall project to and you will play a key role in this with 2 other Scrum Masters, managing multiple small to medium sized teams and providing Agile coaching and guidance to people across IT and the business.

You will need 5 years+ of Managing teams in Agile environment as a Scrum Master and preferably worked with a company transitioning from Waterfall to Agile, as although much if the development work is being carried out in using Agile methods, the role will still demand excellent Agile knowledge and communication skills to produce a consistent, pragmatic approach to delivery across application development. Strong SAFe experience and specific Scrum and XP knowledge are required but most important is a practical understanding of how best to get teams working the right way, utilising Agile for greater productivity.
