Head of Compliance

West Sussex

Client is a Top Tier Retail Insurance for a Head of Compliance based in West Sussex. The role holder will be responsible for the compliance advisory team as well as advising senior stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the advice and oversight function to ensure that all areas of the business are compliant and aware of relevant FCA regulations.

You will also be responsible for:

* Work with the Compliance Director to ensure that the business are operating according to the conduct risk appetite

* Provide advice and guidance to the business around FCA requirements

* Oversee and manage the compliance advisory function

* Ensure regulatory developments are communicated to the business

* Oversee the delivery of the compliance plan
