Global CRM Manager - EUR75,000 - 90,000 per annum + added benefits - Luxembourg

An enterprise level end user is looking for an experienced CRM professional to lead their team of 4 internal specialists & over 20 worldwide in their upcoming global Dynamics CRM delivery. You will be in charge of the architectural roadmap, implementation and roll out of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across various international locations. You will manage the project managers to ensure that the programs are delivered in scope, on time and in budget. You will also be required to focus on risk management & stakeholder management across the highest levels of the business, therefore strong leadership and communication are key for this role.

Required Qualifications

- Strong English communication skills

- Degree within IT or a comparable field

- Strong experience within a related CRM management/delivery role

- Excellent understanding of/experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Oracle & Salesforce may also be relevant)
