A Consultancy based in Manchester is looking to expand their Project Management team as they deal with an increasing workload in the education and blue light sectors. My client is finding an increased need for capable Project Managers who have worked extensively with NEC forms of contract.

The role is a great opportunity to join a Consultancy that have a very solid reputation in the market To compliment this they have a very experienced Managing Quantity Surveyor who is passionate about training and therefore focuses on this when working with more junior staff among many others.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor should have:

* Must have 3 or more years' experience working in the build sector.

* A willingness to develop and progress their career.

* Experience working on residential projects

Contract Details:

Salary: £45K to £55K

Package: Pension, Healthcare, Bonus etc.

Location: Manchester
