Database Administrator / DBA (PostgreSQL)

Location: London

Rate: £450 to £500 p/day

Term: 3 to 6 months

Start: Immediate / ASAP

Database Administrator / DBA (PostgreSQL) sought for a three to six month contract at a massively profitable Hedge Fund with multi-billion dollars under management.

You'll help to architect, build and standardise the PostgreSQL technology stack, providing day to day support and technical expertise.

You'll join an exceptional team of software and finance professionals, collaborative environment in Central London offices.

Requirements:

*Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL

*Experience of writing Stored Procedures and Functions

*Scripting skills (bash, Python, Powershell)

*Understanding of wider IT infrastructure

*Good communication skills
