Senior Process Engineer (Waste Management)

Horsham, West Sussex - commutable from Crawley, Guildford, Brighton

£45,000 - £55,000 + Progression + Training + 30% Bonus + Pension + Healthcare + 32 days holiday

Are you a Process Engineer with a background in the waste management industry looking to step into a senior role where you will be working on a state of the art site with the opportunity for technical development and progression into managerial roles within a blue chip company?

On offer is a role with a company that are No.1 in their specialist industry, are in a rapid phase of growth and looking for someone to establish themselves within the company, with a view to go into more senior roles.

The company themselves are one of Europe's biggest names in their specialist industry. You will be in charge of a state of the art site that has been purpose built. Working with specialist, state-of-the-art machinery (that is some of the biggest in Europe) the role will include responsibility of the sites performance with continual project work for continuous improvements. Working with a multi-disciplinary team you will be charged with driving this state-of-the-art to maximum efficiency.

This role would suit a Process Engineer who is looking for a senior role that allows them to work on a state of the art site in a role that offers full technical development with great progression opportunities into a multi-site role within a market leading company.

The Role

*Optimise performance on a state of the art facility

*Principal point of contact for all project and site improvements

*Working with a variety of teams to take on a varied departmental role

The Person

*Process Engineer from a chemical or mechanical or waste engineering background

*Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement

*Looking for a senior role as well as full technical development and career prospects into managerial roles
