A rapidly growing technology company is currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team. The Salesforce Administrator will work in a fast paced environment, working in a small team to deliver reliable and tested Salesforce Solutions. This is an exciting time to join the team, and as the company grows the scope of this role will change therefore the successful Salesforce Administrator needs to be flexible and adaptable. Key Responsibilities of the Salesforce Administrator:
Ensure that work flows are correctly running
Correcting and troubleshooting where necessary
Order Completions
Works Orders
Cancellations
Support the CRM Manager
Support with implementing Salesforce development
To provide support to Salesforce users and where necessary
Report identified training issues to the CRM Manager
Assist in Development of Salesforce Roles and Profiles
Assist the Data Administrator/s in the accurate entry/modification of Salesforce Data
Assist in the production & maintenance of end user documentation
Manage the operational aspects of Salesforce Integrated third party products
Ensure that Salesforce is backed up regularly and reliably and performing data restores
Monitor resource utilisation and manage the capacity of our Salesforce environment ensuring no breaks in functionality
Education and Qualifications:
Degree in a computer science field or equivalent
ADM201
ADM 211 would also be desirable
This role would be commutable from: Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot, Wantage, Wallingford, Reading, Witney, Eynsham, Banbury, Bicester, Aylesbury
