The Position:

We are currently recruiting an exciting new position for either a Lead or a Senior UX Researcher for a global E Commerce Platform working with some exclusive worldwide brands. This will be an amazing opportunity to shape the development of the inhouse design research functions and develop full research capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Reports to the UX Director

Leading design research projects across the product and UX Design teams on various research projects

Conducting research with customers and end users

Research and competitor analysis

Planning ahead for all UX Research Projects

Collaboration and liaison with research partners

Directing both clients and design teams on the most appropriate research methods for each project

Reporting research findings internally and externally

Educating both the internal design teams and customers regarding the importance of research

Setting up an in-house lab over time

Skills:

3-5 years experience in a sole UX Research role within a design function

Hands on experience and knowledge of what goes into making a great in-house lab experience for all participants

A strong background with a variety of UX Research methodologies including competitor analysis

A strong planner with excellent organisational skills

Excellent presentation, written and verbal skills ( fluency in English)

An expert in various user research tools

Experience of synthesising insights from qualitative and quantitative data

Experience within an agile environment

Distinct advantage if you have lead or mentoring skills
