eCommerce Change Manager

We are actively looking to secure an eCommerce Change Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role:

The eCommerce Change Manager will work with the Project Management team and all other key stakeholders (e.g. Propositions, Product Owners, IDS and Technology) to ensure the co-ordination, requirement definition and overall successful delivery of the eCommerce deliverables for a project that is integrating a third party

Key Responsibilities:

* To act as a single point of contact for the eCommerce team

* Working with the eCommerce, Commercial and Technology teams, help determine the MVP to ensure the highest return and future iteration planning

* Provide vision and direction to Technology - supporting any scrum prioritisation

* Ensure Product Owners are planning and prioritising feature backlog

* To define requirements from Business Owners into user stories and detailed specification

* To provide status updates to the PMO and Business Owner

Skills required:

* Previous experience in a similar role and/or Senior Product Owner role

* In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

* Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

* Experience across eCommerce platforms (and billing preferable too)

* Excellent organisational and time management skills

* Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

* Creative thinker with a vision

* Superb attention to detail
