Compliance Business Analyst

We are actively looking to secure a Compliance Business Analyst to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

The Role:

You will be working on a new process implementation within a compliance program. Ideally, you will come from a compliance background, with experience of process mapping and process documentation.

What you'll do

You will be required to support and assist the Compliance Team to champion and protect the delivery of control measures designed to meet regulatory requirements, supporting the Marketing Compliance team to ensure that the business is able to understand and implement their guidance. You will also support Compliance projects that ensure the adherence to the UK licensing requirements.

As a Compliance Business Analyst:

* Understand and have the ability to communicate the regulatory requirements to stakeholders within the business.

* Communicate and manage the deployment of new processes across the business.

* Manage requirements from the elicitation through to deployment within the business.

* Identify process improvements with a focus on both ensuring that the process is operating in line with the marketing compliance requirements and remains fit to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing regulatory environment

* Work as part of a team to ensure there is a common understanding regarding how Compliance processes operate and how these are adopted by the business.

How you'll do it

* Communicate requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys and other standard analysis techniques

* Plan, lead and facilitate workshops, involving senior business stakeholders and end users

* Build and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders; this includes senior business stakeholders, and end users

* Focus on facilitating exceptional communication between Compliance, senior stakeholders and business users

* Document As Is business processes, and maintain a focus on delivering process improvement in the mapping of the To Be process material

* Work with the training function, to plan and support the delivery of training material

* Be comfortable working within a regulated business, where business and technical compliance issues are given the highest of priorities

* Have a good understanding of Compliance requirements, and be comfortable communicating these to stakeholders across all levels within the business

* A knowledge of the Workfront system would be beneficial.

* Experience of working with within Marketing would be beneficial.
