£28,000 + Overtime (OTE £32k) + Training + Progression + Private Healthcare + Additional Benefits

The company themselves are a well-established leading manufacturer who supply to major Healthcare & Pharmaceutical companies around the globe. They have multiple sites around the UK and are expanding rapidly, therefore are looking to add to their Engineering team.
The role will involve diagnostics and problem solving on equipment in order to increase output efficiencies, simplifying equipment changeovers and improving performance. You will work to PPM schedules to increase machine uptime through lean/continuous improvements.

The Role:
*Focus on increasing machine uptime and productivities
*PPM and reactive maintenance (mainly mechanical and some electrical)
*Double days shift (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 alternate weeks)
The Person:
*Mechanical maintenance background, specifically in FMCG
*Mechanical engineering qualification (Degree / NVQ 3 / ONC or similar)
*Wants training and development
