Information Security Specialist - CISSP , CISM

My client, a leading Financial Services company is seeking an Information Security Specialist to interact with IS, IT and business personal worldwide. This will be on projects and production support efforts that impact the security profile of the IT infrastructure. As the Information Security Specialist you will be required to provide leadership guidance as necessary through a matrix management oversight, of business and network teams regarding information security design and protection.

In addition as the Information Security Specialist you will be required to define issues and project related security incident response teams. Also you will lead and support, information security incident response teams, including, but not limited to other business areas and regions to support investigate and response and liaise with senior management, clients, vendors and industry bodies.

As the Information Security Specialist you will possess the following skills and experiences:-

*Hold an industry recognised Information Security certifications; such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or CRISC.

*Act as a delivery manager for information security services with assigned Business Units.

*You will Identify, report and communicate security risks and issues to business unit management and executives. This will include working with remediation owners to ensure corrective action plans are developed and implemented.

*Lead information security Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with Business and generates relevant reporting and metrics.

*Experience managing relationships between Information Security and internal and external customers.

*Proven experience enforcing IS policies and compliance to corporate Information Security polices through audit reviews, departmental briefing sessions, security awareness and other appropriate methods.
