Project Manager

Bristol (Nailsea / Aztec West)

£400 - £450 p/d

Responsible for project(s) delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

Essential Responsibilities

* Responsible for the financial performance of project(s) (e.g. increasing project margin, cash collection).

* Responsible for project(s) on-time delivery (OTD) in accordance with contract.

* Responsible for project(s) risk management in accordance with business processes and tools.

* Manage all commercial aspects of the project(s) including receivables, claims, contract changes, margin enhancement, and project closeout.

* Responsible for coordinating weekly and monthly rigor around project review cycle to ensure project performance and risk are reported out to the business and understood.

* Lead project team(s) from ITO stage through execution to Services handover.

* Hold project(s) reviews to identify and manage risks, monitor financial and operational performance against the agreed timescales and initiate corrective action where appropriate.

* Ensure that all project operations are carried out in accordance with the applicable procedures and any applicable customer and statutory requirements; including the monitoring of internal project audits ensuring that actions are closed out.

* Support external third party audits as representative from the Project Management function.

* Conduct assessment of project non-conformances and assist quality representatives with closing out those non-conformances including CIR reviews and closure.

* Drive organizational effectiveness in order to achieve business goals and the development of employees.
