Role summary
Based within the London Digital team, you will co-ordinate team resources to deliver websites from start to finish as well as post-launch activities - including:
* Site Strategy & UX
* Content creation
* Platform enhancements
* Authoring
* Deployment & UAT
* Measurement, analysis & reporting
* Client management. Forging strong relationships with digital leadership, the Digital PM is the initial touch-point for new site requests or enhancements to existing sites.
* Project Management.
o Management of project scope, timelines, milestones, estimates and costs.
o Driving deliverables at each stage through to client sign-off.
o Maintenance of project progress within the GCS Project Management tool.
o Stakeholder management and reporting throughout.
o Identification of blockers and needed decisions, drives resolution.
* Requirements gathering.
o Facilitating initial cross-team analysis of requirements.
o Documentation of requirements, sharing with stakeholders.
* Resource management.
o Collaboration with Digital Managers to identify and assign resources.
* Digital Governance. Providing visibility and strategic alignment of new digital initiatives.
* Performance. Working across the team to manage performance measurement and reporting: goal-setting, A/B tests and tracking, stakeholder reporting.
Education
* Strong digital background or degree in a related field (Digital, IT, UX, Business)
* 3+ years experience in a similar position
Essential skills & experience
* Proven experience managing digital projects within an enterprise scale Web Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, SiteCore)
* Driving website builds from start to finish.
* Gathering and triage of website requirements with key stakeholders.
* High comfort level with web development process, technologies and best practices.
* Collaboration with third party creative and technology partners.
Advantageous skills & experience
* Professional Project Management qualification - PMP, PRINCE2
* Delivering websites within Adobe Experience Manager (Formerly CQ, Day)
* Managing site builds within WordPress.
* Adobe Analytics, Omniture, Google Analytics or similar.
* Familiarity with ecommerce projects.
* Content strategy or UX focused role
* Working with strong brands and upholding their visual identities.
