This market leader in British and Irish Golf Club IT applications is looking to recruit .Net mid-level developer to join their close knit creative team in their head office in Manchester city centre. They need you to help them build exciting digital experiences for their clients.

They are looking for an individual who is ready to create something awesome, live and breathe what they do and be proud of the solution they are working on and creating a modern feature rich solution which will be used by thousands of direct customers. The ideal candidate will have several years of commercial experience producing high quality websites with Microsoft technologies and they will have been actively involved in all parts of the SDLC. You will 'hit the ground running'. If you have an appreciation for UX/UI and responsive web development you'll be at an advantage.

- Competent technical ability in web development, able to work in different tiers of an application but may be stronger in some than others

- Aware of craftsmanship and coding principals, but still needs support to actively use in the workplace and grow.

- Uses predefined frameworks, tools &processes already in place.

- Aware of performance & optimisation.

- Input into the Product/Solution Architecture.

This role will involve working as part of a MS Development environment, its essential that you have experience working as part of a .NET team.

You will work as part of a dynamic team in an agile environment. Work will be varied and exciting from the enhancement of existing products right through to greenfield, innovative products and services, helping to shape the industry and maintain our market-leading position.

A passion for programming and software development is a must, along with a strong interest in technology. A love of golf is a bonus, but not essential.

As part of a specialised and dedicated team, you'll be integral; shaping the direction of the company's use of technology, and helping to continually improve and optimise the tools and techniques we use. You'll work alongside highly experienced developers with plenty of opportunities for you to learn.

Candidates applying must have a passion for keeping up to date with new technologies and new advances in web development.

Proven work on an array of successful live websites is highly desirable.

They use the latest tools, languages, frameworks and platforms across the technology stack.

Knowledge in some or all of the following;

Microsoft .Net Framework, C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebAPI 2, MSSQL Server, Entity Framework, HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery,Knockout.js, CSS, Bootstrap, Microsoft Azure, Redis, TDD, Moq, Dependency Injection, Autofac, Agile, Trello,

Industry experience is not essential but if you have worked with, or understand golf, then this will be a big help working for this organisation.
