My client, an energy trading company based in Sunbury, requires a Change Manager.

Key responsibilities:

                                                                                                               Assess the impact, magnitude and benefits of change associated with the roll out of IT

                                                                                                               products and services, initially focusing on Microsoft Office 365 (O365,) by conducting

                                                                                                               impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identifying and engaging key stakeholders

                                                                                                               Draft and implement a structured change management strategy that maximizes employee

                                                                                                               adoption of IT products and services and minimizes resistance

                                                                                                               Drive adoption and proficiency to increase benefit realization, value creation and ROI

                                                                                                               associated with IT products and services, initially focusing on O365

                                                                                                               Coach and support senior leaders and executives to help them become change agents

                                                                                                               Support product owners with integrating change management activities into their project

                                                                                                               plans

                                                                                                               Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications

                                                                                                               plan, stakeholder roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan

                                                                                                               Document requirements and support the design and delivery of a sustainable training

                                                                                                               offering

                                                                                                               Define and measure success metrics, monitor and report on adoption progress

Key skills/experience required:

                                                                                                               Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

                                                                                                               Proven track record in increasing employee adoption of IT products/services and

                                                                                                               implementing Organisational Change within a large-scale global setting

                                                                                                               Professional Change Management certification e.g. Prosci, APMG, CMI

                                                                                                               Experience of working with Agile methodologies

                                                                                                               Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

                                                                                                               Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences at all levels in an organization

                                                                                                               Ability to quickly establish and maintain strong relationships

                                                                                                               Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

                                                                                                               Ability to work in ambiguous situations which require flexibility and sensitivity

                                                                                                               Problem solving and root cause identification skills

                                                                                                               Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

Preferred skills/experience:

                                                                                                               Previous Microsoft Office 365 roll out experience

                                                                                                               PRINCE2 Practitioner

                                                                                                               Yammer campaign management
