Project Manager (CRM implementation) - Contract - 6 months - Sheffield. My client, a leading UK University, is looking for an experienced, Prince2 certified Project Manager with experience of implementing a CRM application. The client is currently at the tendering phase of procuring a new CRM system, and this is likely to be MS Dynamics. Experience of introduction of a CRM Systems is essential. You will also be responsible for changing culture and behaviour in teams working with the new system. You will also be required to take full responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of strategic projects (typically with significant business, political, or high-profile impact, and high-risk dependencies). Selects methods and tools, using iterative techniques where appropriate, ensuring that effective project control, change control, risk management and testing processes are maintained. This contract is likely to be extended past the initial 6 month duration.
