I am looking for a Hardware Development Team Manager for our client in The Hague area. This is a position at least 6 months with the possibility to extend.

Project Description:

As a Hardware Development Team Manager you will be supporting the Global R&D Manager for an assigned domain in the planning and management of research and development (R&D) activities and resources. You are also leading a team of ± 7 people in The Netherlands. You will be functionally coordinating HW related research topics in the Global units and rebuild HW Competencies in the Core R&D Location of EVI

The ideal candidate has the following skills:

* PhD Electrical Engineering or MSc

* 10 years+ of experience in industrial R&D and Project Management

* Strong leadership and excellent communication skills

* Strongly motivated in working in a very dynamic and fast growing business environment
