Business Analyst

I am currently looking for a Business Analyst for one my client (Global Leading fashion retailer) for a 3 month contract with an immediate start. This role will be based in central London.

The Role:

* Experience of working as a Business Analyst in an eCommerce and/or retail environment.

* Minimum of 3 years' experience gathering requirements, conducting business analysis and writing business requirements and ROI analysis

* Experience of capturing functional and non-functional requirements in the form of user stories

* Experience constructing detailed business cases that include full ROI analysis.

* Document requirements in a clear and concise form within user stories

* Knowledge of capturing and validating acceptance criteria in the form of a behaviour to ensure understanding of the requirement across all stakeholders

* Successfully engage in multiple projects simultaneously

* Work independently with stakeholders as required

* Experience of working with 3rd parties

* Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure

Examples of Expected Project Work

* Analysis of and business case construction for a delivery & returns communications and management platform.

* Analysis of and business case construction for the implementation of alternative payments methods.

* Analysis of and business case construction for the introduction of alternative delivery methods.

* Analysis of and business case construction for increased content localisation.

* Analysis of and business case construction for the introduction of a product information management system.

* Analysis of and business case construction for the introduction of a content management system

* Analysis and documentation of current 'as is' processes and technologies, and definition of 'to be' process and / or technology improvements.
