The Real Estate arm of an Asset Manager in London is looking for an Argus Enterprise Analyst to join their implementation programme team.

The project is tasked with moving the firm from Argus ValCap to the new Argus Enterprise platform. The candidate will be tasked with supporting the business through this upgrade by identifying and managing business related changes, documenting the new business processes and communication the changes were relevant. In addition you will support the business through the testing phase and the team prepare for implementation.

To apply for this role you will have a strong technical working knowledge of Argus Enterprise (ideally v11.6 or v11.7 - from both a UK valuation and DCF perspective) and Argus ValCap, ideally from a real estate investment management environment. You should have experience of working with a structured project environment (i.e. Prince2) and an understanding/involvement in the full project lifecycle.
