£20,000 - £25,000 + Bonus + Holiday + Pension + Days Based

This local manufacturing company are long established and have big plans for the future. Due to continued growth and success they are looking to recruit a Development Scientist.

In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with the Project Development Manager performing an array of tasks; assisting in the development of new products from concept through to completion, lab testing of samples, recipes & formulations. Problem solving and fact finding with formulas and trails.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate to join a well-established company that offer industry leading training and development whilst working a technically challenging and engaging position.

The role:

*Assisting in developing new products from concept to completion

*Carry out testing and problem solving of formula in the laboratory environment

*Undertake trails of samples and products

The Person:

*BSC Degree in Chemistry, Food Science or Pharmaceuticals or equivalent

*Previous experience in an FMCG environment

*Some Industry Experience

*Live within a commutable distance to Crediton
