Job Summary:

Due to their growing client base, they are looking to add a highly motivated and organised Project Support Administrator to its team. This position will be to provide specialist support to the management team responsible for the delivery of software development projects.

They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to fill the role of "Software Analyst" providing specialist support to management responsible for the delivery of Software Development projects.

You will initiate projects, elaborate on requirements, support the implementation and provide training when required.

You will also be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative service as well as gathering and understanding the requirements within specific projects.

You will ensure together with the Project Manager and their development/support team, that the requirements are accurately translated to the software development team as well as be responsible for other ad hoc administrative support to the team where necessary.

To be successful in this role you will be able to work at a fast pace and prioritise tasks as appropriate.

Requirements/Responsibilities:

- Be a good strong administrator but the key skills will be attention to detail, organised, problem solver and confident to follow up on tasks and emails and a genuine keenness to work hard.

- Deliver technical wireframes and system design documentation.

- Must have exceptional high standards of documentation and ensuring they are well-maintained.

- Be proactive, creative and possess a thorough understanding of a quality service.

- Be confident, have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

- Be organised and able to work in a methodical and documented manner.

- Willing to travel to other offices when necessary for meetings

- Have the ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.

- Full UK Driver's License

- Relevant Honours Degree.
