This is the ideal opportunity for a Dynamics CRM Architect to take the next step in your career to a senior strategic role with an inner-circle Microsoft Gold Partner. The company is currently undergoing huge growth with an extensive pipeline of enterprise level projects in the Financial services, Non-profit and the retail sector.

What does the role involve?

* You will lead and review your team's work across all phases of projects including the identification of business requirements; the translation of requirements into the design of conceptual architecture and building the technical solution which will be customised and configured to deliver a valuable solution to clients

* You will lead the continuous improvement of the consultancy's performance by identifying potential challenges to customer success and changing procedures and processes as required

* You will work across different functional teams to ensure optimal client interaction and solution delivery

Key skills and experience requirements:

* You will have an extremely thorough knowledge of how Dynamics CRM can make a valuable impact to a business as well as technical expertise of SQL, HTML and ASP.NET

* You will have excellent communication skills with a track record of connecting with clients and helping them to reach their goals as well as leading your team to reach its goals

* You will have experience of working on complex Dynamics CRM projects
