Salesforce Administrator, CRM Support AnalystAn experienced Salesforce Administrator / CRM Support Analyst is required to join a rapidly growing company and support the CRM Manager in the administration and development of Salesforce, in a highly-visible, varied and responsible role.The RoleThe Salesforce Administrator / CRM Support Analyst will be working to ensure the reliability and availability of Salesforce, providing support to users and ensuring that backups are carried out regularly, as well as performing data restores.  Working to help ensure the accuracy of data entered into the system, the Salesforce Administrator / CRM Support Analyst will also develop and run regular reports, as well as helping to manage third party integrations.The CompanyThe Salesforce Administrator / CRM Support Analyst will be joining one of the UK's most exciting ISPs, at the forefront of fibre technology.  Privately-funded and with heavy investment, they are doing some amazing things!  Rapid growth has seen them move from 30 to 200 employees in the past two years, and 2018 is already proving to be an exciting year for them!What Experience do I need?

'€¢Existing Salesforce Administration experience, hopefully backed up with an ADM 201 certificate, with ADM 211 highly beneficial'€¢Reporting experience, and ideally, experience of creating and maintaining documentation'€¢Experience with Live Agent would be advantageous'€¢Any interest in/experience of Salesforce development would be a benefit, with training on offer!
