My client is the world's leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines, industrial gas turbines and diesel-electric locomotives.

This role targeted at a Systems Support Analyst that has 2-4 years experience of supporting IT in a production environment, particularly Windows Server Administration and application support. The individual should have excellent troubleshooting skills, within a desktop support environment, and have significant experience with networking.

Within this role you will be working the manufacturing and supporting business partners to enable efficient practices through support of various IT infrastructure equipment, including network equipment, factory controllers, servers and desktops. You will act as the first point of escalation for IT Incidents, problem management, desktop requirements. This role will include the occasional off-shift/weekend work installing/upgrading IT Infrastructure equipment, so a degree of flexibility will be needed.
