HCM Transformation Project Manager - £62k - Large Scale Project / CoreHR, Workday, Success factors

I am looking for an experienced Project Manager to take on a challenging project within the public sector, specifically within higher education. The position involves transforming the HR systems within the business, tying in HCM and ERP, and bringing the business into 2018/19 with a brand new system. The company have chosen to implement CoreHR and candidates with a background in Workday, SAP Success Factors or Oracle Cloud (HCM) would be of interest. This position is ideal for someone looking to add a valuable project to their CV as this is a FTC position for 18 months and offers excellent work/life balance.

As a Project Manager, you will be spinning lots of plates. Managing 3rd party partners, stakeholders, budgeting, plan and release management (62 new digital services) and owning the transistion plans. You will be working within a programme team of around 30 professionals, the stand out trait that they will be looking for is the ability to communicate effectively, keep calm under pressure and most importantly show flexibility in the way they think and solve typical issues that arise within a project.

Need to have:

- Experience Delivering HCM implementations (CoreHR, SAP Success factors, Oracle Cloud etc.)

- Excellent communication and management of stakeholders (external and internal)

- Flexibility, ability to think on your feet

Nice to have:

- CoreHR

- Expeirence within Higher Education

The package on offer goes up to £62,000 per annum dependent on experience.
