My client are an award winning, cutting edge technology business who are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their newly established digital team!

You will have involvement across the full lifecycle from project prioritisation and resource allocation through all stages of delivery across a range of digital projects, working closely with the digital marketing teams, UX, design, development, BI, call centre operations and sales.

The role would best suit someone that has moved up the ladder to senior project management role and now wants the opportunity to take on more ownership and responsibility. You will have the chance to shape the role and influence the working practices of the digital teams.

To be considered for this role you must be:

- Educated to degree level and having a background within a digital or software development role, ideally within a B2C focused environment.

- Senior level digital project manager with minimum 5 years PM experience part of which gained within a dynamic SME environment.

- Expert knowledge, experience and ideally certification with both Agile (Scrum + Kanban) and Waterfall project management approaches.

- Experience with implementing new approaches into an organisation.

- Team worker with great charisma, influence and leadership skills - Someone that others look to follow.

- Highly organised individual, capable of coordinating many tasks across a range of teams.

- Keen attention to detail, driving quality whilst also working to maximise efficiency and meet budgets.

For this position, my client are offering a salary anywhere in the region of £60k depending on levels of experience + a fantastic benefits package.
