The role: Solutions Architect / IT Solutions Lead

As a Solutions Architect / IT Solutions Lead you will;

*Provide direction and leadership

*Take responsibility for requirements realisation and design to support the delivery of projects and initiatives.

*Provide input to help drive the IT Strategy and Systems Development roadmaps.

*Support the Systems Delivery Manager in identifying emerging industry and technology trends, whilst driving continuous improvement.

*Coach and mentor colleagues.

*Influence the team and stakeholders when making decisions.

*Drive the requirement elicitation process.

*Investigate requirements, problems and opportunities

*Seek effective Business solutions through improvements.

To be a successful Solutions Architect / IT Solutions Lead, you will need to have an in depth understanding of large complex IT estates, excellent understanding of business process and requirements and have experience of Agile and Waterfall systems development lifecycle.
