SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR / LINUX / SOLARIS / AIR C2 / NATO / SC CLEARED

ROLE TITLE: System Administrator with Linux Specialisation

LOCATION: Uedem, Germany

RATE: EUR40 - EUR43 per hour (38 hour working week)

CLEARANCE: SC / NATO Secret, preferably DV / Cosmic Top Secret

DURATION: To start ASAP until November 2018.

Duties:

* Responsible for Incident Resolution and recovery, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets

* Responsible for implementation of ACCS security policy

* Responsible for maintenance of security incident reporting and ACCS security awareness

* Escalates incidents beyond the unit's capabilities

* Stays abreast of technological developments relevant to the area of work

* Participates in a 24/7 Shift rooster when required

* Performs other duties as directed

Working conditions: Required to work Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

Essential:

* A minimum of 5 years' experience within the area of Systems Administration of complex computer systems.

* Knowledge of Air Command & Control (C2) systems;

* Ability to take initiative and a flexible approach, to respond reliably and competently to changing requirements in a demanding environment;
