Enterprise Solution Architect - AEM

Market Rate (Initial 6 months)

The ideal candidate will have a strong background with cloud platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services) & marketing cloud. You must have CMS experience - ideally with Adobe.

The Client is looking for strong experience with leads management, audience manager, banking systems and payments systems.

This role is primarily focused on satisfying the functionality required by the business. However, the role is also concerned with how the Solution related elements meet the non-functional requirements of the system (qualities and constraints).

Key responsibilities include:

* Work with a Lead Project Architect to design solutions for large projects and programmes

* Translate business requirements into architecture solutions which align to strategic architecture across divisions

* Work as part of a programme delivery team on large programmes, shaping the delivery of projects

* Work with external suppliers to ensure the solution makes the best use of technology and meets requirements

* Simplify and strengthen the existing architecture, delivering reusable services and cost saving opportunities in line with the policies and standards of the group

* Lead collaborative working with other areas within Enterprise Architecture and Design to ensure solutions

* Meet the business requirements are operable

* Conform to business processes

* Are supportive of the divisional strategic architecture direction

* Monitor technology developments to ensure that The Client is positioned to respond to and leverage opportunities that enhance competitive position through adoption of new practices or technologies

* Maintain a forward looking perspective on emerging technology developments and their relevance to both business and technology strategies

* Participate as required in product evaluation, evaluating the usefulness and cost of products and making appropriate recommendations

* Ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices are applied correctly

* Maintain an in depth knowledge of specific business and technical specialisms and provides expert advice regarding their application

* Identify appropriate design standards, methods and tools, consistent with agreed enterprise and solution architectures and ensures they are applied effectively

* Evaluate and undertake impact analysis on design options and assess and manage associated risks

* Ensures that the system design balances functional, service quality and systems management requirements
