QA Test Analyst
We are a fast growing, hugely successful, global Retail company based in Watford, Hertfordshire. As part of our European expansion we are seeking a QA Test Analyst with strong automation skills to join one of our busiest teams and be part of an exciting four-year eCommerce transformation programme!
The QA Test Analyst will also help us further develop our testing capabilities and strategies (particularly around automation and eCommerce), with the aim to eventually move into a QA Lead position.

Skills and experience needed for the QA Test Analyst (Retail / eCommerce):
* Full SDLC testing experience (both manual and automation) is essential
* Experience of working in a Retail and/or eCommerce environment is required, alongside experience in a corporate, process-driven environment
* Experience of creating complex test plans and cases
* Software, platforms and technical systems testing experience
* Ability to help build up a company's testing capabilities, and advise on best practice
* Technical knowledge of either .NET or Manhattan solutions useful
* Automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, BDD etc.
* Outstanding communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
This role will be visible across the business and will involve working closely with Project Manager's, Developers and Senior Manager's alike, therefore the ability to build effective working relationships is key!

Location: Watford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £40 000 - £52 000 (depending on experience) + bonus + pension, health, 25 d/h, staff discount
