Quality Assurance Senior Manager

Role and Company Overview:

A world leading company I'm working with have just signed off a fantastic opportunity as a QA Senior Manager. You'll be given ownership of the daily operations of Quality within Assembly which will see you lead the QA Assembly team and collaborate at both plant and global levels.

The exposure you'll get joining this international company will be invaluable, and you'll work closely with the Executive Manager of QA.

You'll ensure finished goods are produced in line with company requirements and regulated drug regulations. You'll drive GMP across the department, ensuring practices are adhered to through active production awareness and support.

Essential experience:

* Demonstrated management experience, with strong interpersonal skills

* Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Production environment

* Good understanding of Compliance and GMP standards

* Strong analytical skills, good written and IT skills

* Ability to embrace and initiate change, drive creativity and innovation

* Experience in CI improvements and training
