Risk & Compliance Manager

Real Staffing is currently working with this established financial services business to assist them in the recruitment of an additional Risk & Compliance Manager to join them in their Cardiff base.

In the role you will play a leading role in embedding a positive culture of compliance through training and increasing awareness of required behaviours, monitoring compliance with these requirements and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the company. You will plan and deliver assurance activities to monitor compliance with lending Regulations and manage the relationships with the external auditors. You will identify and remediate any non-conformances with relevant standards through ensuring appropriate corrective actions are agreed and completed.
