We are now looking to hire a talented full stack developer who would also like to get involved with the running of the team. If you’re highly organised, have development talent, can handle managing a friendly but vibrant team, and love to get involved with clients then you could be perfect for this very unique role.

Based in central Reigate in Surrey we are a very well-established and growing international digital agency working across a wide range of projects for London, UK and global clients. We have a fantastic long serving and close knit family team who value what we offer can’t be found anywhere else.

In addition to the work delivered by the creative team, the web team create a wide range of outputs from websites, microsites, intranets, extranets, mobile and tablet apps as well as other browser based applications.

The Full Stack Developer / Manager opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented developer eager to make a next career move which will include team and client management. While you will still be able to flex your coding skills you will also be involved with team management and project scheduling, scoping, estimating and overall delivery. Being also involved in working directly with clients means that you will be central to the entire development function of the agency. While this might sound daunting, our long serving and highly experienced team will be there to make your transition into the role an easy one.

Essential skills include: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, C# .Net, MVC, Entity Framework, Web API, SQL, Functional analysis & design.

While we do not expect you to be expert in everything, you will also ideally have had exposure to: SharePoint, JSON, XML, JQuery, Team Foundation Server, GIT, SASS, Ionic 2+, Angular 2+.

The following qualities will also be highly advantageous: Good client and team communication skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, an appreciation for creative design.
