The business have built an award winning product providinig businesses the opportunity to implement SharePoint.

This role, as a Customer Success Manager, is responsible for assisting clients in increasing adoption, ensuring retention and satisfaction and helping clients benefit from the product.

It is a great position for anyone who has experience in the IT project management world or for anyone who are working in a Customer Success Manager role at the moment.
