My leading client is looking for a Business Analyst who has a strong commercial awareness of the ITIL framework as the project is around the implementation of an ITSM tool ServiceNow or Remedy. On this project you must have a really strong background around process mapping of the business processes - it is Birmingham based with the flex for the odd day from home so there is flexibility for the right person.

The other project is a migration project for they really want someone who is comfortable on working on Azure / Cloud upgrades/ migrations - if you have a background across infrastructure projects that will be beneficial

Together with this you must be used to working in a fast paced environment - Retail / Ecommerce / Digital / Travel etc. You will be tasked with running requirement workshops and although there are some process work they are looking for a true Business Analyst.
