My client, who are based in Dublin City Centre, are looking for an Oracle DBA to join their team. As an Oracle DBA you will be expected to support a rapidly growing case management and business Intelligence solution.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Oracle DBA to join a company with massive potential as they continue to grow with some big clients on their books. My client is a market leading developer of anti-piracy and license compliance technology. Their product allows their customers to identify illegal users of their products, and converts them to licensed users - If you like the idea of hunting pirates, this is the company to join!!

As an Oracle DBA you will be joining a company that want to move with the latest technology trends and are extremely interested in using the latest technologies, such SQL Server and AWS.

What you'll be doing:

* Designing and implementing database schema extensions / improvements.

* Developing, managing and testing database back-up and recovery plans.

* Database performance tuning.

* Support for developers in writing performant database queries as part of application or batching processing jobs.

What you will need:

* 3+ years of solid Oracle database administration experience.

* Production DBA Experience.

* Experience with Oracle 12c.

* Experience with Database / query tuning.

What will make you stand out from the crowed?

* Experience with SQL Server

* Experience working in an Amazon AWS Cloud environment
