C++ DEVOPS Infrastructure developer - Investment bank

C++ Infrastructure developer/Dev Ops is required with experience of C++ on windows and python Scripting skills are essential. Experience of effective CI/CD environments and technologies. Strong C/C++ Skills (Linux and Windows, C++11). Good operating systems understanding for Linux and Windows platforms Good knowledge of software development tools (SVN, Git, Teamcity). C#, Python, Nuget, MSBuild nice to have.

Key Responsibilities

Improvement and support of existing software development / testing / release process

Review and improvement of existing library architecture with focus on interfacing with external components, centralisation and optimisation of build parameters, improving build performance

Design and support of infrastructure to facilitate the cross platform development (Windows to Linux)

Ad hoc development projects inside the libraries (code re-factoring, compiler migration, new functionality)

Enhancement of software development / integration / testing / release infrastructure (scripts / tools, ..)

- Optimisation of library architecture (improvement of build performance, code clean-up / re-factoring, interfacing with external components / systems, review / centralisation of build parameters, support cross platform development, 64 bit support, etc)

This is a Front Office role with DevOps focus to work on ad hoc projects to improve and support the existing software development infrastructure of the Fixed Income pricing libraries.
