Head of Change - Energy/ Utilities

Head of Change - Energy/ Utilities is required to join a rapidly growing Utility supplier in the Midlands on a permanent basis. The role offers a salary of circa £100,000 plus benefits and the chance to join the board of a massively exciting enterprise with an established name within the Utilities industry.

Essential skills:

* Extensive change background with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple big programmes

* Driven, proactive character not afraid to push and lobby to ensure change is delivered

* Very strong strategically, highly capable of turning strategy into reality

* Capable of acting at board level, comfortable with senior management and speaking with authority

* Skilled team manager with demonstrable experience managing and developing others

* Very strong delivery background including both business and technology-based improvements

* High achiever with a demonstrable record of achievement and real ambition and hunger

Desirable skills:

* An in depth understanding of the UK energy supply industry

* Experience working in a number of different project management disciplines

* Strong understanding of Agile ways of delivery

Day to day role:

As Head of Change you will be responsible for taking full control of the change function, leading a PMO to deliver all projects, change initiatives and continuous improvement activity. You will work across the organisation, developing and embedding change governance for project and change systems and processes whilst also operating with Directors to ensure that strategic aims are met.
