National Business Performance Manager - Business Intelligence, Insight Analysis

Key Skills;

                                                   Degree Level qualification.

                                                   Experience in managing and leading a large analytical team.

                                                   Technically astute in business performance and analytics

                                                   Experience of managing high profile projects in an Agile environment.

                                                   The ability to influence senior stakeholders in a large complex business.

                                                   Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Our client, a leading industrial services company based in London are looking to take on an experienced and motivated National Business Performance Manager to manage business performance teams across each of their 5 regions in the UK and also within their national sales department.

The selected candidate will be responsible for;

                                                   Overall management of the business performance teams to ensure KPI’s are exceeded.

                                                   Engaging with business leaders and senior operational managers across the business to ensure best practice and operational efficiencies are implemented.

                                                   Providing the connection between the operations and Business Systems and Business

Intelligence teams to ensure their requirements are proposed.

                                                   Identifying inefficiencies across the regions and formulating a strategic roadmap for Business Performance.

                                                   Working with sales directors on national contract proposals.

Regular travel to regional sites is expected to promote team cohesion as will timely reporting to Regional Directors and COO.
