Transformation Programme Manager

One of our Public Sector Midlands based clients is seeking a Transformation Programme Manager, to join their team on a 6 month FTC. You will be responsible got the day to day management of the Programme within their Transformation portfolio. You will plan and deliver UCC Projects, and ensure transparency of the overall progress, resolution of any issues and initiating corrective actions with stakeholders, where appropriate.

Transformation Programme Manager duties include, but not limited to:

*Develop, plan and manage the delivery of business change projects and programmes, using MSP methodology

*Preparing relevant programme documents at each stage

*Stakeholder management

*Identifying and ensuring the correct level of resources is available at all stages of the programme, ensuring delivery is on time and budget

*Provide on-going management support for the project managers, to ensure the quality of the delivery of the transformation/business change projects

*Create an environment where all aspects of the UCC Programme are effectively managed

As the Transformation Programme Manager, you will be required to possess:

*Programme Management qualification

*Knowledge and understanding of procurement processes

*Strong knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes

*Experience of leading a team, and managing staff within a large complex organisation

*Demonstrable exceptional Business Change experience

*Strong experience working with large, multi-site, Organisational or Transformational Change programmes across Customer Services/Inbound demand and operational control management methodologies

*Demonstrable experience of building consensus around change, influencing multiple IT/Business stakeholders and managing conflicting agendas

*Ability to successfully manage Stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with them up to an executive level.
