You will be a motivated, pro-active and enthusiastic digital trainer, with considerable experience in creating instructional videos and other media type materials, delivering technical training either via blended learning, e-learning and/or face-to-face as part of a team committed to deliver and enhance the digital capabilities of staff and students. Part of your role would be to proactively identify skill gaps within professional teams and leverage existing technology with an aim to achieve leaner working practices across the institution.

Educated to degree standard or equivalent in a technical area, preferably an IT subject, with experience in teaching and/or training. Excellent interpersonal, administrative, time management skills and a high level of attention to detail are essential as well as the ability to multitask and a willingness to learn.

A successful external candidate for this position would be employed by UEL Professional Services Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of UEL.
