SC Cleared Proposition Manager

My client are looking for an SC Cleared Proposition Manager to work on a contract in London.

The proposition manager is responsible for developing ideas into a tangible set of interventions (both business and technical) that can be delivered by the user, beneficiary and supplier members of the community.

Essential

- Experience of shaping and developing strategic propositions.

- Proven track record of aligning innovative propositions to wider strategy.

- Experienced of iterative delivery of capability.

- Design, execution and results evaluation of technical and business experiments.

- Systems thinking approach to understand the parties, interactions, external forces, and all other factors relevant to the strategic challenge.

- Strategic planning and communication skills.

- Experience of identifying and defining change interventions.

- Knowledge of at least two of the following (CD Operating models, LI operating models, EI operating models, Digital investigation operating models).

Desirable

- Finance and accounting experience including total cost of ownership.

- Knowledge of CSP infrastructures and network topologies.
