Spring Technology is currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Security Operations analyst with experience in business analysis and data protection.

The role is based in Birmingham on an initial 3-6 month contract with a view to extend.

Experience with eDiscovery exercises and PCI would be hugely beneficial. The role involves working with the Senior Security Analyst on a GDPR programme support required in the following key areas:

-Reviewing ACL's and implementing RBAC

-Coordinating the cleansing of ACL's with operations team

-Reviewing and updating security policies to support GDPR

-Gap analysis between security policies and applications in scope of GDPR

-Reviewing, testing and implementing perimeter and network DLP

-Configuring and running eDiscovery scanning software

-Reviewing results from GDPR eDiscovery of files servers, desktops and email servers

-Working with business units on the results of eDiscovery analysis and recommending remediation actions.

-Looking at encryption, anonymization and pseudonymisation options

-Review SAS reports for PII and look to reduce PII going external from the network

-Support providing a secure channel for exporting PII to external parties

-Security Log analyse and security incidents management on day to day basis

Experience

Ideally the candidate will have been in information security for more than 10 years and have worked on numerous security projects. Experience in GDPR would be an advantage, however knowledge of PCI DSS or DPA is important as it shows experience in protecting sensitive data.

Requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders. Any experience with SAS, ISO 27001, Data Warehouse and Risk Analysis would be beneficial.

-ECSA
