Software Developer / Team Lead (Java Spring AWS Docker). Take on a high responsibility Java role within a leading online gaming company where you will be overseeing the development, delivery and maintenance of new features whilst supporting and mentoring a talented team.

As a Software Developer / Team Lead you will lead a team and help them to design and develop high quality, real-time fraud detection systems and interactive customer member services. You will ensure that your team work efficiently within a cross functional environment and encourage knowledge sharing / collaboration whilst also mentoring them to help them develop both their technical and soft skills.

Based in vibrant offices in a fantastic central London location, you will join a fun, friendly and collaborative team where you can enjoy various breakout areas including quitter spaces to focus on your work. Requirements:

*Strong core Java development experience (ideally Java 8)

*Excellent communication and leadership skills

*You are collaborative, approachable and enjoy helping others to improve

*Advocate of Agile development methodologies (including Pair Programming)

*Experience with Spring and SpringBoot

*Good knowledge of AWS
