Epicor Business Analyst - £45,000 - Warwickshire

My client, a market leading manufacturing organisation within their niche industry, are looking for an experienced ERP systems professional who can fill a skills gap that has been identified. The focus of the role is to utilise new investment and enhance their current solution whilst looking to begin building an internal team dedicated to system improvement!

As part of a large group that brings together manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and logistics organisations my client is now part of a complex and intricate business. Having recently opted for an industry aligned Epicor system in order to improve efficiencies between IT and operations they are looking to invest in a dedicated IT professional to do this.

It is a challenging role that will require not only strong system customisation skills but a fantastic functional skillset to be able to understand business processes, the impact on current business work flows and how these will be worked into the current system. The IT department are fully on board with managing business change and the business as a whole are embracing this period of rapid change.

The following experience is essential;

* Exemplary background in Epicor system support

* Strong functional exposure to modular ERP solutions

* ERP system customisation projects experience, hands on and as project lead

* Manufacturing industry knowledge

* Exceptional communication and project management skills
