Junior Developer, Dynamics NAV, Hertford, £39,000

Seeing large growth in business, my client is expanding their team with the addition of a Junior Developer. This is an excellent opportunity to build on your skills and work closely with the senior management in their IT Department on upgrades and implementations within their IT solutions.

My client is looking for a candidate with a broad IT background who can provide the IT infrastructure to support rapid change within the business, with emphasis on NAV development, programming and EDI set-up and testing.

Key responsibilities will include;

* To design and architect solutions to meet company-wide challenges

* To identify and develop creative solutions for processes that are not fully accomplished by standard Dynamics NAV processing

* Bespoke application development

* Designing custom reports

* Assisting global EDI integration with new retail customers, including set-up and testing

* Any other reasonable task as required.

Successful candidate will have the following skills;

* Strong Dynamics NAV experience

* Dynamics NAV version knowledge NAV 2009 or above

* Dynamics NAV development experience (C/AL and C/Side coding)

* Reporting tool experience, ideally Jet reports

* EDI set-up and testing

* VBA experience

* Knowledge and experience of SQL server

* Promgramming language experience including C#

* Confident communicating with all levels of the business
